Re: 2019 ProV hardtop windshield leak

Take pictures of the leaks. I think, but not sure, it's a12 month warranty. Check the owners manual. If covered, hewescraft will replace the seals.

Re: Thinking About Taking My Pro V To Florida

I use mine in the Puget sound. I trailer it and wash it off with fresh water after each use. I use Tef Gel on any screws I put in and I flush out the engine with salt away.
After 70 hours use I see no corrosion issues.
Best wishes in Florida.

Glad to hear you're on the mend Phil. I had food poisoning once. I never want to get it again.

Re: Halibut

On the other hand. I learned something from this discussion. Prior, I might have kept a Halibut like this. Now I don't think I would. Criticism done in a respectful manner without personal attacks can be a positive experience that we shouldn't shy away from.

Re: Hewes pro-V help

Mine is a 2019 and it's rigged the same as yours. Not sure about the anchor light. Maybe if you spray it with
Electric cleaner spray?

Re: Pro-V Waveboard Photo Please

Thanks for the intel Tom. Interesting to read. These warm days often bring the winds in the afternoon. Glad to hear your boat handled it well.
Be safe...

Cooler with ice is good. Don't cover them with water. They need oxygen. I use those reusable blue ice packs in the cooler.

Re: Crab Report?

Geoff, Set your traps between Hope and Skagit islands. 35-40ft. Of water. Incoming tide. You'll do better. A lot better.
