Any one care to share how the Coho run in Valdez was this year? I have missed two seasons now due to COVID/border closures….the new boat, has yet to see the harbour, head out through the Narrows, or cruise through that sea of zombie Pinks. Valdez itself is a great little town, scenic, and folks are friendly! Must be a chore at times accommodating two big runs of “Silvers” every season. I sure do miss that place…the Lund seemed to do Ok, but cannot wait till the Hewescraft gets a chance to visit!

This year's coho run was pretty good. Two days ago when we pulled the boat, they were still pulling them in at the harbor, and they were still brite chrome and striking lures. The end of last month when we fished out past the narrows, we had a fish on every 15 min..
