Apple airtags for my outboards.

Unread post by rvanpra01 »

I follow a guide on Instagram who lives about 40 miles from me. His boulton was stolen sometime in the middle of the night a couple weeks ago. He noticed it missing from his driveway at about 7am. They recovered it a few hours later with the kicker and main missing. They went through the rest of it, but I can’t remember if they got anything of value.

Anyways, it got me thinking. If they would have located earlier, he might have been able to catch the guys as well as save the PITA of an insurance claim. So while at Costco, I bought some of these to hide somewhere on my boat/motors. $89 for a 4pack. Also handy to put on your dog, cat, or wife.
