Thanks for adding me. This seems like a great site with informative members. I have read a lot of the posts and don’t see the normal arguing and thread hijacking that usually occur on most forums. Look forward to meeting everyone.

Appreciate the add, $$$$ sent, well worth it as I research moving from a Lund ProV 1900 to I think a Sportsman 160 for my retirement years.
Western New York launching/loading solo in December getting tougher lol

Thanks for adding me! After a lot of shopping and research, I have settled on a new boat. The only problem is it’s not a Hewescraft, but a Thunder Jet. If there was a dealership closer than a five hour drive, I would probably be in a Hewescraft. I lurk and read a lot of rigging info on here, that is pretty universal for these types of boats. I hope to gather a bit more as I set it up, hopefully I can help you guys out as much as you’ve helped me.

Hi Phil, I have been away for awhile and have recently asked a question of forum. I realized that my profile needs some editing. Is this possible? Thanks.

Thank you, donated, Im looking forward to this forum, and receiving my 160 Hewescraft sportsman, build date Dec. 2019. My 1963 glass Lonestar has been a great boat for lake Erie, on choppy days. 1 to 2 man boat 40 Hp. E tech. 160 Sportsman will be great near shore walleye fishing, little wider
