Here is another shot. As you can see the front straps on the cleats hold it fine. The rear straps I'll only attach when it is really windy or under power.

That is exactly what I'm after Rick, and I don't have the rocket launchers (terrible things that just get in the way of so much versatility) so this could be easy for me.

Great! It comes with a boot, so right before I launch, I will swing it up over the top and bungee it down to each side of the rails on top. If you get it tight enough it won;t bounce. When trailering, I let it rest on the downrigger brackets and bungee it to them.
