SeaDawg, the next thing will be cabin heat . I could not stomach the 4500 for cabin heat from the dealer with a heater that costs 1500. So I’ll install myself.

My wife and I put the boat in the water Saturday morning and ran to our house on Hat Island. The Hewescraft replaces our searay. It takes the Everett chop really well. We were 8 mph faster in the Hewescraft than the searay and a very comfortable ride. Returning today was still small craft advisory 3-5 foot with south wind at 25 . We did not see that but we had competing tide with the south wins at maybe 20- the boat was rock solid. I did slow down to 28 mph 🤓. Dry windshield in a 3’ stack wash bowl on the sand bar.

Great boat !

Great boat, Dave!
I was impressed with the performance of mine right from the first day out too!
That was eleven years ago for me now... and I'm still super happy with the boat and its performance here along the west coast of BC!
What product are you getting applied to the bottom? Thanks in advance.
Great colors on your boat too! :) :) :)

I installed the Planar heater in my boat last winter and its been working very well. Glad to hear you're happy with the boat's performance.
