Windshield washers?

Unread post by BigD98382 »

I'm thinking about adding windshield washers to our OP. You freshwater guys might not understand the need but have any of you salties out there done this?
I'm thinking squirters above the windshields with a pump in the bow storage area and a freshwater tank somewhere, as of yet to be determined. It doesn't seem like it would be to hard to do.

What do you all think? Thanks

Love the idea. Thought about it multiple times while out when spray dried on the windshield on a warm day.

I just bookmarked this topic and will watch for ideas as I also would like to have this option.... Currently I just have a spray bottle filled with wiper fluid kept in the tray near the helm and just open the center fore door or reach around from the side window and spray..

I ordered a kit of off Amazon that's for adding windshield washers to restored cars. It was only about 30 bucks. It's supposed to come complete with everything I need. If it all works the way I think it will I'll post a report, or even if it doesn't. Have a Happy Independence Day!!!!!!!
